1. Shipping Methods & Logistics Partners

We partner with top-tier international carriers to provide reliable global coverage:

  • Express Delivery (Courier): Ideal for samples and small-to-medium orders. We work closely with DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure door-to-door delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Air Freight: A balanced choice for urgent bulk orders that require faster delivery than sea freight.

  • Sea Freight (LCL/FCL): The most cost-effective solution for large-scale wholesale orders. We manage both LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) shipments.

2. Flexible Trade Terms (Incoterms)

To accommodate your company’s logistics preferences, we support various international trade terms:

  • EXW (Ex Works): Your company arranges the pickup from our factory.

  • FOB (Free On Board): We handle delivery to the agreed port of departure (Default: Fuzhou Port, China).

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): We cover the cost of shipping and insurance to the designated destination port.

  • DDP/DDU (Delivered Duty Paid/Unpaid): We provide end-to-end logistics solutions, including customs clearance and delivery directly to your company’s warehouse.

3. Lead Time & Handling

  • Production Lead Time: Standard production typically takes 15 to 45 business days, depending on order complexity and seasonal demand.

  • Order Dispatch: Once production is complete and the remaining balance is cleared, goods are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

  • Real-time Tracking: A tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) will be provided immediately upon dispatch, allowing for real-time monitoring of the shipment's status.

4. Packaging & Safety Guarantee

  • Export-Standard Packaging: We use reinforced, moisture-proof, and shock-resistant export cartons to ensure party supplies arrive in pristine condition.

  • Loading Supervision: As part of our quality commitment, we provide professional container loading supervision to ensure space is utilized safely and efficiently.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Professional Documentation: We provide a full set of export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.) to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

  • Responsibility: Unless shipping under DDP terms, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and local customs fees in accordance with local regulations.
