  • Flexible MOQ: Minimum order quantities vary by product due to material and manufacturing processes. Please contact our sales team for accurate quotes and MOQ information based on your company’s specific product requirements.

  • Sample Orders: We support prototype production prior to mass manufacturing to ensure the final product meets your company’s quality standards.

Pricing & Quotes

  • Tiered Pricing: We offer competitive tiered pricing structures where unit costs decrease as order volumes increase.

  • Quote Validity: Due to fluctuations in raw material costs, all formal quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

OEM/ODM Services

  • Comprehensive Customization: We offer full customization services including design, packaging, and private labeling. Materials, colors, and specifications can be tailored to meet specific needs.

  • Custom Samples: For samples, we charge a sample fee to cover design and material costs. This fee is fully refundable upon placing a formal bulk production order or can be applied as a credit toward the total order amount.

  • Molding Fees: If new molds are required, the mold costs shall be borne by the customer. However, these costs will be fully refunded once subsequent orders reach the agreed-upon quantity.

Payment Terms & Methods

We offer flexible payment structures to facilitate secure international trade.

  • Standard Terms: Typically 30% advance deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

  • Payment Methods:

    • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

    • PayPal (recommended for sample fees or smaller transactions).

    • Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at Sight) for orders exceeding $20,000.

    • Other mutually agreed-upon payment methods.

Lead Time & Logistics

  • Production Lead Time: Standard production typically ranges from 15 to 45 business days, depending on the complexity and seasonal demand.

  • Logistics Partners: We maintain long-term partnerships with major sea freight forwarders and leading express carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, ensuring safe and efficient global delivery.

  • Shipping Terms: We support various trade terms including FOB/CIF to suit your company’s logistics preferences.
